Am I choosing the same scents for the full plan?
No. The scents selected here are for your first monthly delivery. Before a future delivery, use the bottle swap option in your membership portal to choose different eligible scents.
How do the prepaid savings work?
The 6-month plan discounts every eligible bottle by 25%, while the 12-month plan discounts every eligible bottle by 30%. You pay upfront, and the builder shows the regular prepaid value, membership price, and exact saving before checkout.
How many bottles can I add?
There is no artificial maximum in the builder. Choose the number of bottles you need per monthly delivery, then fill every bottle spot with a scent.
Can I mix bottle sizes?
No. All bottles in one membership must use the same size. You can choose 30 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml, or 240 ml when building the plan.
When will my orders arrive?
Your membership includes 6 or 12 monthly deliveries, depending on the prepaid term you choose. The first delivery is created after checkout, and future deliveries follow the monthly schedule shown in your membership account.
How do scent changes work?
Open your membership portal before the next order is processed, choose the bottle you want to replace, and use the bottle swap option to select another eligible scent in the same size.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. The prepaid membership renews at the end of the selected 6-month or 12-month term until canceled. Monthly deliveries continue within each prepaid term.
Can I cancel after paying upfront?
Yes. Contact support to request cancellation. Bottles already fulfilled are repriced using the original one-time price shown when you joined. That fulfilled value is subtracted from the amount paid upfront, and the remaining prepaid balance is refunded. Support confirms the amount before processing.
Are these oils compatible with waterless diffusers?
Yes. This membership is for Aroma Paradise waterless fragrance oils made for cold-air, waterless scent diffusers. Do not add water to these oils.
