Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Skip a single delivery or pause your membership anytime from your membership portal, then pick up again when you’re ready. Nothing is charged for a skipped delivery.

Yes. Cancel future shipments yourself in your membership portal before the next order processes. No call or chat needed. Because the membership is not prepaid, there is no unused balance to refund.

How long does a bottle last?
With typical use, a 30 ml bottle lasts about 2 weeks in one diffuser and a 60 ml bottle about a month. That’s why every-2-weeks delivery pairs with one 30 ml bottle per diffuser. Your diffuser’s intensity and schedule change how fast you use oil.
Do I need a diffuser?
Yes. These are waterless fragrance oils made for cold-air, waterless scent diffusers. Do not add water to them. No diffuser yet? Shop waterless diffusers.
Does member pricing combine with Prime Week or other sales?

How many bottles can I add?

Can I mix bottle sizes?
No. All bottles in one membership use the same size. You can choose 30 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml, or 240 ml when building the plan.
How do scent changes work?
