Am I choosing the same scents forever?
No. The scents selected here are for your first order. Before a future order, use Bottle Swap in your membership portal to choose different eligible scents.
How does member pricing work?
Monthly delivery saves 15% on every eligible bottle. Delivery every two weeks saves 20%. You are charged for one order at a time, not for months in advance.
How many bottles can I add?
There is no artificial maximum in the builder. Choose the number of bottles you need per order, then fill every bottle spot with a scent.
Can I mix bottle sizes?
No. All bottles in one membership must use the same size. You can choose 30 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml, or 240 ml when building the plan.
How often will my orders arrive?
Choose delivery every month or every two weeks. Your first order is created after checkout, and future orders follow the schedule shown in your membership account.
How do scent changes work?
Open your membership portal before the next order is processed, choose the bottle you want to replace, and use the bottle swap option to select another eligible scent in the same size.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. Orders recur on your selected monthly or every-two-weeks schedule until canceled. You are charged for each order when it processes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel future shipments yourself through your membership portal before the next order processes. Because the membership is not prepaid, there is no unused multi-month balance to refund.
Are these oils compatible with waterless diffusers?
Yes. This membership is for Aroma Paradise waterless fragrance oils made for cold-air, waterless scent diffusers. Do not add water to these oils.
