Where you can use these
This is the regular fragrance oil line — moderate concentration, water-soluble, IFRA-compliant for cosmetic and craft applications:
-
Ultrasonic & humidifying diffusers — 5–10 drops per fill, 200–500ml standard tank
-
Candle making — 6–10% load by weight, excellent cold throw and hot throw, soy / paraffin / beeswax compatible
-
Cold-process soap — 3–5% usage rate, stable through saponification, no acceleration with most blends
-
Reed diffusers — 10–15% in a DPG + alcohol carrier base
-
Wax melts & room sprays — full DIY support
Humidifier compatibility — what to know
The most common question: can I put fragrance oil in my humidifier?
Short answer: yes, if the oil is formulated for water-based diffusion (this whole collection is). Add 5–10 drops per fill and rinse the tank weekly with white vinegar to prevent buildup. Don't use cosmetic-grade perfume oils, undiluted essential oils on plastic tanks, or our concentrated waterless oils — those clog ultrasonic plates.
For a deeper compatibility breakdown by diffuser type, see cold-air vs ultrasonic diffusers.
Regular vs waterless — pick by your diffuser
Regular oils (this collection) — for ultrasonic / humidifying diffusers + candles + soap + reed diffusers. Moderate concentration. 30ml from $6.99.
Waterless oils — for cold-air nebulizing diffusers (Aroma360, AromaTech, Pura-compatible, Aera-compatible, HVAC). 3–5× more concentrated. 30ml from $19.99.
Mix-up risks: waterless in ultrasonic = clogged tank within days. Regular in nebulizing = too dilute to atomize properly. Match the oil to the device.
