Troubleshooting

Wick Extinguishes Quickly?

This usually happens if the wick is not inserted deep enough. Ensure only the very tip (1/4") is exposed above the pearls. If too much wick is showing, it burns too fast!

Melt Pool Too Wide?

If the container is getting too hot, check that you have at least 2 inches of clearance between the wick and the container edge.

It depends on the bowl size and wick count. A medium bowl with 2–3 wicks typically burns for many evenings before topping up. The wax itself is reusable — only the wicks are replaced.

Absolutely. The pearls float on water. Just pour them gently onto the water surface and insert a wick.

Can I add scent?

Yes, Add a few drops of oil and mix it in the sand. Do not add oil to a burning candle.
