We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve made our return process simple and customer-focused.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Click here and enter your email and order number.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions, including a return label.
3. Securely pack your item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Return Shipping:
Aroma Paradise offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed promptly and returned to your original payment method.
• On all order cancelled before fulfillment, a $5 administrative fee will be charged.
Damaged or Leaking Items
If your order arrives damaged or any oils are leaking, we require clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue within 3 days of delivery in order to process a return, replacement, or refund. This helps us verify the claim and ensure a quick resolution.
