How does the $9.99 diffuser work?

Pick 3 or more single scents in 60ml or larger in the diffuser box, then pick a diffuser for $9.99. 3 scents unlock the first diffusers, including the Aluminum Plug-In; 5, 7 or 9 scents unlock more, up to the Tower Ultra at 9. Scents are $29.99 each at 60ml. The 3-oil packs and 30ml bottles are separate deals and don't count toward the box.

How do the 2 oils for $9.99 work?

Tap Add on a flame or mist diffuser and pick the Hotel pair (2 × 30ml) or the Christmas pair (2 × 2oz). They go in your cart with the diffuser for $9.99 more. Prefer just the diffuser? Tap "Just the diffuser".

Waterless or flame & mist?

Waterless diffusers use no water or heat and turn waterless oil into a fine scent for strong, even coverage. Flame & mist diffusers use water plus a few drops of regular fragrance oil and add a little humidity and a flame-effect glow. Never put waterless oil in a flame & mist diffuser.

How long does a bottle last?

A 60ml bottle lasts about a month (4 weeks) of daily use, so 240ml is about 4 months. Bigger bottles cost less per ml.

When will it ship, and is shipping free?

Orders ship in 1-2 days, usually the same or next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders of $49.99 or more in the contiguous US; Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping is $14.99.

Can I return it?

Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used oils are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Aroma Paradise gift cards are sent by email and never expire.

Is this a subscription?

No subscription needed. Everything here is a one-time purchase.
