Shipping Protection Policy

Overview

Aroma Paradise offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

What’s Covered

 • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window (plus 5 business days), you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
 • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but is missing from your delivery address, you may file a claim.
 • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or unusable, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

What’s Not Covered

 • Orders not protected with Shipping Protection at checkout.
 • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
 • Delays caused by customs, strikes, or other circumstances outside of Aroma Paradise’s and the carrier’s control.
 • Packages returned to sender due to customer refusal or failure to collect.
 • Cosmetic or minor packaging damage that does not affect product use.
 • Orders reported as lost, stolen, or damaged more than 7 days after delivery date.

How to File a Claim
 1. Contact us at support@aromaparadise.com within 7 days of your delivery date or expected delivery date.
 2. Provide your order number and details of the issue (photos required for damaged items).
 3. We will review your claim within 3 business days.
 4. If approved, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

Additional Terms
 • Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
 • Aroma Paradise reserves the right to investigate claims and may request additional documentation.
 • Fraudulent claims will result in denial of coverage and may impact future orders.

Limitation of Liability

Aroma Paradise’s liability under this Shipping Protection policy is strictly limited to the purchase price of the protected product(s) or, at our discretion, a replacement of the item(s). Shipping Protection does not cover consequential or indirect losses.
