Bought one in December for the bedroom and bought another last week for the living room. The ritz oil in one and mahogany coconut in the other. House smells unreal.
FAQs

Why is my waterless diffuser not misting or producing weak scent?
Three most common causes. (1) Clogged nebulizer from oil residue — run a 5–8 minute cleaning cycle with 5ml of 90%+ isopropyl alcohol or our Waterless Diffuser Cleaning Liquid. (2) Low oil level — most models auto-shutoff below 10ml in the reservoir. Refill. (3) Wrong oil type — pure essential oils and ultrasonic-grade fragrance oils don't nebulize cleanly in cold-air diffusers. Switch to a waterless-formulation oil. If the problem persists, contact warranty support. -
How do I clean a waterless cold-air diffuser?
Empty any remaining oil from the reservoir. Pour in about 5ml of 90%+ isopropyl alcohol or our Waterless Diffuser Cleaning Liquid. Run the diffuser on medium intensity for 5–8 minutes so the solvent circulates through the nebulizer and dissolves any oil residue. Wipe the reservoir interior with a cotton pad, air-dry for 2 minutes, then refill with your next fragrance oil. Never use water — it causes oil residue to clump and block the atomizer. -
How often should I clean my waterless diffuser?
Every 1–3 months under normal use, or weekly if you run the diffuser daily. Also clean every time you switch to a new scent to prevent fragrance blending. Skipping cleaning cycles is the #1 cause of weak mist and premature diffuser failure — oil residue accumulates on the nebulizer and eventually blocks atomization entirely. A full cleaning cycle takes 10 minutes.

How do I set up my waterless diffuser for the first time?
Unbox and remove any protective film from the oil reservoir. Plug the diffuser into a standard wall outlet (or charge via USB-C for rechargeable models like the Portable Mini and Smart Car). Unscrew the oil cap, pour waterless fragrance oil directly into the reservoir — no water, no dilution — up to the fill line. Replace the cap, power on, and start at the lowest intensity. Full room scenting typically builds within 10–15 minutes. -
How do I pair my diffuser with the Aromar+ app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi?
Download the Aromar+ app from the App Store or Google Play. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you're connected to your home's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz networks aren't supported by most smart diffusers). Power on the diffuser, open the app, tap "Add Device" — it will auto-discover. Follow the prompts to connect to Wi-Fi. Once paired, you can schedule runs, adjust intensity, and control remotely from anywhere.
