Aroma360 Charges Explained: Unexpected or Duplicate Billing
A CHARGE YOU DID NOT EXPECT
Work out what it is before you dispute it.
An unfamiliar charge is worth identifying precisely before doing anything else, because the fix is different depending on what it turns out to be. A renewal, an automatically processed skip cycle, and a payment to a finance provider all look similar on a statement and are resolved in completely different ways. This page works through them in order.

THE SHORT ANSWER
Why has Aroma360 charged me when I was not expecting it?
There are a few ordinary explanations worth ruling out before assuming an error. Aroma360's published terms describe annual subscriptions renewing automatically for successive 12-month periods until cancelled, a skip policy where the third consecutive month is processed automatically and cannot be skipped, and a financing arrangement on the VIP Bundle that is billed separately from any oil plan. Start by identifying exactly which of those a charge belongs to — the merchant name on your statement is the fastest clue.
- Annual plans renew automatically on the subscription billing date.
- Two skips are allowed; the third consecutive month is charged automatically.
- If financing is involved, that payment may come from a different company.

IN THIS ORDER
Identify it, then act on it.
Disputing a charge before knowing what it is tends to slow things down. Five minutes of identification usually shortens everything that follows.
-
Read the merchant descriptor exactly
The name on your statement tells you who took the money. If it is not the retailer you bought from, a third party is involved — commonly a finance provider where a purchase was financed — and they are who you need to speak to about that payment.
-
Match the amount and date to a known term
Compare against your enrollment date and billing date. An annual plan renews on its subscription billing date. A skip cycle processes on the third consecutive month. A financed purchase bills on its own schedule regardless of oil deliveries.
-
Check whether it is a renewal you can still act on
Their published terms describe annual subscriptions renewing automatically for successive 12-month periods until cancelled. If a renewal has just processed, ask immediately what your options are rather than waiting.
-
Ask about that specific charge, in writing
"Please explain the charge of [amount] on [date] from [descriptor], confirm which plan it relates to, and confirm what is scheduled next." A question about one identified charge is far harder to answer vaguely.
-
Then, if needed, speak to your card issuer
If you believe a charge is incorrect, your bank or card issuer can explain the dispute options open to you, what evidence they need and the time limits that apply. Raising it with the retailer first and keeping that record generally makes that conversation go better.
One caution worth stating plainly: if a financing arrangement is involved, stopping payments is not the same as ending the obligation. Aroma360's published policy describes default, fees incidental to chargeback or collection, and withheld shipments on unpaid amounts.
THE TERMS BEHIND A CHARGE
What their policy says gets billed, and when.
Most unexpected charges trace back to one of these. Summarised from Aroma360's published policy, with the date each item was checked.
Per Aroma360's published cancellation policy, checked 4 Aug 2026. Terms vary by the specific agreement and plan you signed up under. Check your own account and paperwork for the terms that apply to you.
The subscription renews automatically on an annual basis and continues until cancelled, with the account charged on the renewal date for the next subscription period.
Aroma360 states that prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. Deliveries can be paused by contacting their customer service team.
Customers may skip up to two consecutive deliveries. The third consecutive month is processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped. The cycle may repeat up to three times in a rolling 12-month period, for a maximum of six skips per year.
Each subscription is allowed one rescheduled delivery per term, with a maximum extension of 10 days from the original delivery date.
Customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription or Scent Accents are required to maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 30 days.
A customer who cancels after delivery but before the minimum term is required to repay the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the order, and is responsible for return shipping.
The Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries promotion is financed. After the initial 30-day window, financed customers are subject to a 36-month payment obligation under their financing arrangement.
Aroma360 states that it may suspend or terminate a subscription where any amount is due but unpaid, and that a delinquent account will be charged fees incidental to any chargeback or collection, including collection fees. If a payment method is no longer valid at renewal, they reserve the right to withhold shipments until it is valid, or to delete the account.
THREE THINGS THAT LOOK ALIKE
Same statement line, different fix.
The annual plan rolled over
Their terms describe automatic renewal for successive 12-month periods until cancelled, charged on the renewal date. Ask what the renewal rate was and what the next scheduled date is.
The third month processed
Their skip policy allows two consecutive skips; the third consecutive month is processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped, up to six skips in a rolling year.
A different company entirely
Where a purchase was financed, the instalment may be collected by the finance provider rather than the retailer. Questions about it go to them, not to customer service.
NOTHING SCHEDULED
Charged only when you order.
We sell oils by the bottle. There is no renewal date, no skip counter and no instalment — you are charged when you place an order and never otherwise.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about charges.
Why did my Aroma360 plan renew without me agreeing?
Their published annual prepaid terms describe the subscription renewing automatically for successive 12-month periods, charged on the renewal date, until cancelled or terminated. Automatic renewal is the stated default rather than something re-agreed each year. Checked August 2026 — confirm your own renewal date with them directly.
I skipped my deliveries but was still charged. Why?
Their published skip policy allows up to two consecutive skips; the third consecutive month is processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped. The cycle may repeat up to three times in a rolling 12-month period, a maximum of six skips a year, with the counter resetting 12 months after the first skip.
The charge is from a company I do not recognise. What is it?
That usually means a third party is collecting the payment, which most often happens where a purchase was financed — the finance provider bills separately from the retailer. Look at the exact merchant descriptor on your statement and search your email from around the enrollment date for that name. Our financing page explains how to confirm whether an agreement of that kind exists.
Can I just charge it back?
Your bank or card issuer is the right party to explain your dispute options, the evidence required and the time limits, which vary. Two things worth knowing first: raising it with the retailer and keeping that record generally strengthens the position, and where a financing arrangement exists their published policy describes fees incidental to chargeback or collection on unpaid amounts. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
Can Aroma Paradise see or stop the charge?
No. We are an independent company with no affiliation to Aroma360, no access to their systems and no ability to view or stop a payment on an account you hold with them or with any finance provider. What we can do is explain what their published terms say and sell you oils with nothing scheduled.
