What arrives with my candle?

You receive 12 ounces of pre-scented wax pearls and 8 wicks in your selected scent. The glass jar is optional and is only added when you select it.

Is fragrance oil included?

The sand itself is pre-scented. A separate fragrance-oil bottle is not included. The optional 30 ml add-on is for future re-scenting.

Can I use my own container?

Yes, if it is a stable, heat-safe candle vessel. Avoid plastic, wood, thin glass, or any container not designed to tolerate candle heat. Keep the wick clear of the vessel edge.

What do I do after a burn?

Extinguish the flame and let the wax cool completely. Remove the spent wick and the small cooled wax area around it, smooth the remaining pearls, then place a fresh wick when you are ready to relight.

How long will it burn?

Burn time varies with the amount of wax, vessel width, wick placement, number of wicks, and length of each session. A wider vessel or multiple wicks generally uses wax faster.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
