Aroma360 Customer Service: How Their Support Is Set Up
AN INDEPENDENT GUIDE
Trying to reach Aroma360? Start here.
This page is published by Aroma Paradise, a different company. We put it together because a lot of people arrive at our door by mistake, mid-problem and frustrated, and deserve better than a sales pitch. Below is how their support is publicly structured, what to have ready before you contact them, and what people do when they cannot get a reply.

READ THIS FIRST
You have reached Aroma Paradise, not Aroma360.
We are a separate, independent company. We are not affiliated with Aroma360, we do not operate their support desk, and we have no access whatsoever to their systems. We cannot see your account, change an order, issue a refund or cancel a plan you hold with them — only they can do any of that.
If you need Aroma360 themselves, the routes below are how their support is publicly set up. If you are here because you are weighing up alternatives, that is further down the page.
HOW THEIR SUPPORT IS STRUCTURED
The routes that exist, and when each one helps.
We deliberately do not publish another company's phone number or email here. Those details change, and a stale one wastes your time. These are the routes their site is set up around — go to their own website for the current details of each.
-
Your account area
Plan type, billing dates and delivery schedule live here, and for a monthly subscription this is generally where changes are made. Worth checking before you contact anyone, because it answers a lot of questions on its own.
-
The customer service contact page
Their website carries a customer service section with the current contact methods. This is the route for order problems, missing deliveries and general questions.
-
The VIP or concierge route
Customers on bundled or VIP arrangements are handled separately from general support. If your plan came with a diffuser, say so at the outset — being routed to the right desk first time saves a lot of repetition.
-
Anything involving financing
If a finance provider was involved when you signed up, that is a separate company with its own obligations to you. Questions about payments, balances or defaults may need to go to them rather than to the retailer.
-
Your payment provider
If you are being charged for something you believe you cancelled, your bank or card issuer can explain your options. Speak to the retailer first, but keep a record of what you asked and when.
Whatever route you use, put it in writing and keep a copy. A dated written record of what you asked and what you were told is the single most useful thing to have if a dispute drags on.
BEFORE YOU GET IN TOUCH
Have these to hand and it goes faster.
Most of the frustration people describe comes from being bounced between desks. Arriving with specifics tends to shortcut that.
Name the arrangement
Monthly oil subscription, prepaid annual plan, or a bundle that came with a diffuser. They are governed by different terms, and asking about the right one gets a straight answer sooner.
Start date and last charge
Most published terms are measured from delivery or from the billing date, so having both to hand settles most questions about where you stand immediately.
One clear question
“What is outstanding on my account and what are the exact steps to close it?” gets further than a general request to cancel, and gives you something specific to hold them to.
USEFUL CONTEXT
Terms worth knowing before you call.
A few published terms explain most of the answers people are given. Summarised from Aroma360's own policy, with the date checked.
Per Aroma360's published cancellation policy, checked 4 Aug 2026. Terms vary by the specific agreement and plan you signed up under. Check your own account and paperwork for the terms that apply to you.
Customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription or Scent Accents are required to maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 30 days.
Aroma360 states that prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. Deliveries can be paused by contacting their customer service team.
The Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries promotion is financed. After the initial 30-day window, financed customers are subject to a 36-month payment obligation under their financing arrangement.
To exit after the first 30 days but before the term completes, the customer pays an early termination balance equal to the MSRP of the diffuser and oils delivered to date, minus payments received to date. This can be settled as a lump sum or by continuing the original payment schedule.
Pausing or deferring oil shipments does not count toward satisfying the up-to-36-month term. Aroma360 states such interruptions may extend the term and may constitute a default under the financing agreement.
Customers may skip up to two consecutive deliveries. The third consecutive month is processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped. The cycle may repeat up to three times in a rolling 12-month period, for a maximum of six skips per year.

TEST US — DO NOT TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
See what real customer service actually feels like.
You have probably spent long enough waiting in someone else's support queue. Leave your email and a real person here will come back to you — no ticket number, no chatbot, no phone tree. Ask us anything: whether your diffuser takes our oils, which scent suits your room, or what your current plan actually commits you to.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions we get a lot.
Is this Aroma360's customer service page?
No. This page is published by Aroma Paradise, an independent company with no affiliation to Aroma360. We do not operate their support, we have no access to their systems, and we cannot see or change your account with them. For their support, go to their own website.
Can you cancel my Aroma360 subscription for me?
No, and nobody other than Aroma360 can. We have no ability to view, alter or close an account held with another company. What we can do is explain what their published terms say, so you know what to ask for.
Why does this page exist then?
Because a steady stream of people find their way to us while trying to sort out a problem with them, and a page that quietly says nothing helps no one. We would rather point you at the right routes and be straight about who we are. If you later decide you want oils without a plan attached, we sell those.
What should I do if I get no reply at all?
Keep a dated written record of every attempt, escalate through a different route than the one that went quiet, and if a finance provider was involved, raise it with them separately as they have their own obligations to you. If you are being charged for something you believe you cancelled, your bank or card issuer can explain your options.
Do your oils work in the diffuser I already have?
Often, yes. Most cold-air waterless diffusers take standard waterless fragrance oil, which is what we make. It depends on your specific model and how it is filled, so check the compatibility page before ordering rather than assuming.
