Just Signed Up With Aroma360? What the First 30 Days Allow
IF YOU ARE HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS
The date matters more than anything else.
Second thoughts after a purchase are completely ordinary, and with Aroma360 they are worth acting on quickly rather than sitting with. Their published policy sets out a 30-day window measured from delivery, and what you can do on day 29 is materially different from day 31. This page explains what the window allows, how to work out your own date, and what changes once it closes.

THE SHORT ANSWER
Can you still change your mind after signing up with Aroma360?
In the first 30 days, according to Aroma360's published policy, yes — with conditions. Their policy states that a customer may cancel enrollment in the Free Diffuser promotion within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided all delivered products including the diffuser and any oils are returned in original, undamaged and resalable condition. After that window the exit route changes to their Wind-Down Process, which involves settling a balance rather than simply cancelling. The date of delivery is what starts the clock.
- The 30 days run from delivery, not from the day you signed up.
- Products generally must go back unopened and resalable to qualify.
- After 30 days the exit becomes a balance to settle, not a cancellation.

TODAY, IN ORDER
Five things worth doing before the date passes.
None of this commits you to anything. It puts you in a position to decide with the facts rather than after the window has closed.
-
Find your delivery date
Not the order date, the delivery date — their published 30-day window runs from delivery. Check the carrier confirmation or the delivery notification email, and write the date down. Everything else follows from it.
-
Work out which arrangement you signed
A recurring oil subscription, a prepaid annual plan and a financed bundle carry different terms. If financing was involved, that changes what "cancelling" even means. Our financing page walks through how to tell.
-
Keep the packaging for now
Their published policy conditions the 30-day return on all delivered products, including the diffuser and any oils, going back in original, undamaged and resalable condition. Decide first, unpack fully later.
-
Ask, in writing, what applies to you
"I enrolled on [date] and took delivery on [date]. Please confirm in writing what my cancellation and return options are, and any amount that would be due." Email so the answer is on the record.
-
Decide before the window closes, not after
If you are unsure, the safe move is to ask the question early. Their policy describes a materially different process after 30 days, so an unanswered email on day 28 is a much better position than one on day 32.
If you decide to stay, none of the above costs you anything. The reason to do it now is that the options are widest while the window is open.
WHAT THE POLICY ALLOWS
Inside the window, and outside it.
Summarised from the cancellation policy Aroma360 publishes on its own site, with the date each item was checked. The terms that bind you are the ones in the agreement you signed.
Per Aroma360's published cancellation policy, checked 4 Aug 2026. Terms vary by the specific agreement and plan you signed up under. Check your own account and paperwork for the terms that apply to you.
A customer may cancel enrollment in the promotion within 30 calendar days of delivery. All delivered products, including the diffuser and any oils, must be returned in original, undamaged and resalable condition.
A Service Enrollment Fee may apply to the financed promotion. Aroma360 states that on a timely cancellation and return within the first 30 days, the financing arrangement is cancelled with no further obligation and the Service Enrollment Fee is refunded, if applicable.
Aroma360 classifies the VIP Bundle as a bundled product offering with its own terms, and states that it is not a subscription.
The Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries promotion is financed. After the initial 30-day window, financed customers are subject to a 36-month payment obligation under their financing arrangement.
To exit after the first 30 days but before the term completes, the customer pays an early termination balance equal to the MSRP of the diffuser and oils delivered to date, minus payments received to date. This can be settled as a lump sum or by continuing the original payment schedule.
When calculating an early termination balance, Aroma360 states that the value of undelivered products is deducted from the consumer's outstanding financed balance. In other words, you are not charged for oils that were never shipped.
Customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription or Scent Accents are required to maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 30 days.
A customer who cancels after delivery but before the minimum term is required to repay the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the order, and is responsible for return shipping.
WHICHEVER WAY YOU DECIDE
Both outcomes are fine.
We sell competing oils, so treat our view accordingly — but there is no version of this where asking the question early makes you worse off.
You know what you signed
Worth knowing the renewal date, the minimum term and what happens if you ever want to pause. Ask for those in writing now while you are already in the conversation.
Follow their stated conditions
Their policy conditions the return on original, undamaged and resalable condition. Get written confirmation of the return address, the deadline and what will be refunded before you ship anything.
You are not tied to one oil supplier
Most cold-air waterless diffusers take standard waterless fragrance oil. Ours are sold by the bottle with no plan. Check compatibility with your specific model first.
NO PLAN, NO WINDOW, NO DEADLINE
Oils you just buy.
Nothing to enrol in and no date to diarise. Buy a bottle when you want one. Check compatibility with your diffuser before ordering.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions in the first month.
When exactly does the 30 days start?
Aroma360's published policy describes the cancellation and return right as within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, not from the date of order or enrollment. Check your carrier or delivery confirmation for that date. Checked August 2026 — confirm the current terms and your own dates with them directly.
Do I have to send the diffuser back?
Their published policy states that to complete cancellation the customer must return all delivered products, including the diffuser and any oils, in original, undamaged and resalable condition. It also describes the associated financing arrangement being cancelled with no further obligation on a timely return, and the Service Enrollment Fee being refunded, if applicable. Get the return address and deadline in writing before shipping.
What happens if I miss the 30 days?
Their policy describes a different route after the initial window: financed customers exit through the Wind-Down Process, paying an early termination balance equal to the MSRP of the diffuser and oils delivered to date, minus payments received to date, settled as a lump sum or by continuing the original schedule. The value of undelivered products is deducted from the outstanding balance.
I have opened the oils. Does that end it?
We cannot tell you how they will treat a specific return, and it is not our call to make. Their published condition is original, undamaged and resalable. The useful move is to ask them directly and in writing what your options are given exactly what has been opened, rather than assuming either way.
Should I just cancel my card?
Speak to the retailer first and keep that correspondence. If a financing arrangement is involved, stopping payments is not the same as ending the obligation — their policy describes default, fees and collection activity on unpaid amounts. Your bank or card issuer can explain your dispute options. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
