THREE DIFFERENT THINGS
“Aroma360 subscription” means three different arrangements.
A lot of the confusion people run into comes from here. These are not variations of one plan — they are separate arrangements with separate terms, and the exit route is different for each.
Recurring oil deliveries
A recurring order with a 30-day minimum. Cancelling after delivery but before the minimum requires repaying the promotional discount in full, plus return shipping.
The free-diffuser promotion
A diffuser bundled with an oil delivery plan, which can be financed. Aroma360 states this is not a subscription and carries its own terms, including a payment obligation of up to 36 months.
Twelve months paid up front
One 50ml oil a month for twelve months, paid in advance at $547.30. Non-refundable, renews automatically, and cannot be cancelled part-way through the term.

Aroma360 classifies the VIP Bundle as a bundled product offering with its own terms, and states that it is not a subscription.
The Free Diffuser with Oil Deliveries promotion is financed. After the initial 30-day window, financed customers are subject to a 36-month payment obligation under their financing arrangement.
A customer may cancel enrollment in the promotion within 30 calendar days of delivery. All delivered products, including the diffuser and any oils, must be returned in original, undamaged and resalable condition.
To exit after the first 30 days but before the term completes, the customer pays an early termination balance equal to the MSRP of the diffuser and oils delivered to date, minus payments received to date. This can be settled as a lump sum or by continuing the original payment schedule.
Pausing or deferring oil shipments does not count toward satisfying the up-to-36-month term. Aroma360 states such interruptions may extend the term and may constitute a default under the financing agreement.
Customers enrolled in an Oil Subscription or Scent Accents are required to maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 30 days.
A customer who cancels after delivery but before the minimum term is required to repay the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the order, and is responsible for return shipping.
The annual prepaid plan is $547.30. That covers one 50ml oil shipped monthly for twelve months, or a 50ml diffuser plus a 50ml oil, depending on the option chosen.
Aroma360 states that prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term. Deliveries can be paused by contacting their customer service team.
The subscription renews automatically on an annual basis and continues until cancelled, with the account charged on the renewal date for the next subscription period.
Customers may skip up to two consecutive deliveries. The third consecutive month is processed and charged automatically and cannot be skipped. The cycle may repeat up to three times in a rolling 12-month period, for a maximum of six skips per year.
The diffuser carries a twelve-month warranty. A claim made in the first three months is replaced with a new diffuser similar to the one purchased. A claim made after three months is replaced with a refurbished diffuser.
If you are already enrolled, the terms that apply to you are the ones in the agreement you personally signed, which may differ from the current published policy. Your account area and your original paperwork are the authority, and their support team can confirm where you stand.

How long is the Aroma360 contract?
It depends which arrangement you are in. An oil subscription carries a 30-day minimum. The annual prepaid plan runs for twelve months and renews automatically. If you are considering pausing, it is worth confirming the effect on your term with them directly first.
Can I use other oils in an Aroma360 diffuser?
Many cold-air waterless diffusers take standard waterless fragrance oil, and ours are made for that type of device.
